Issue 1 is about so much more than just abortion.
These are radical additions that don’t belong in Ohio’s Constitution.

Let me explain.

1. It's About Your Kids

The way Issue 1 is written, it opens up the door to minors receiving abortion or gender transition treatment without parental consent.

2. It Allows Painful Late Term Abortions

Issue 1 would legalize abortion on pain-capable infants in the womb, including a full-formed, viable fetus for any reason whatsoever.

3. It Eliminates Safety Laws for Women

Issue 1 would eliminate health and safety laws, like requirements for abortion clinics to have written transfer agreements with local hospitals in case of a botched abortion. Issue 1 would wipe these common-sense laws off the books.
